Intro to LightSpeed
The 'Intro to Xsilva LightSpeed' webinar will consist of an overview of LightSpeed, including demonstrations of how to create Customers, Products, Suppliers, Quotes, Orders and Invoices, as well as a look at Jobs, Timesheets, Reporting, Purchasing, Receiving, the Tracker and the Point of Sale (POS) screen.
A Q&A Period will follow the demonstration. There is no charge to attend this webinar.

The 'Web Store Webinar' will consist of an overview of the LightSpeed Web Store, including demonstrations on how to set up your products for sale on the web store, web categories, keywords, and basic customization.

Technology
We will be using a screen sharing software called PictureTalk. The software will allow you to hear the presenter speak. To ask questions during the Q&A Period you will be able to use the chat feature.
We recommend that you allow for a 15 minute window prior to the presentation to allow for setup of PictureTalk. Although this is a simple install, it does require you to download the software. PictureTalk is cross platform hence you are not required to use a Mac to view the presentation.
Once registered for a webinar session, you will be sent an e-mail invitation to the webinar with a link and a password to attend the session.
Important Note: It is very important that when signing into the webinar that you select CLIENT JOIN and not JAVA JOIN.
Also, some Intel Macs may experience difficulties with sound when viewing the webinar with the current version of PictureTalk. It is recommended that participants viewing the webinar on an Intel Mac download and try this version of the Picturetalk client.
