PHP WEB DEVELOPERS - We are looking for full-time PHP Web Developers to help us develop next-generation versions of the LightSpeed Web Store, Xsilva's tightly-integrated e-commerce solution for LightSpeed Point of Sale! The ideal candidate has proficiency and experience with PHP, MySQL, and AJAX. Familiarity with the iPhone SDK is a plus. Other projects may include integration work for electronic payment processing and other web-based services, along with improving internal Xsilva Web and IT infrastructures.

SUPPORT TECHNICIANS - Seeking customer-focused individuals to provide technical assistance for Xsilva's international Point-Of-Sale software customers via telephone and e-mail support. This position is for an experienced computer user with a strong background in customer service. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is familiar with Mac OS X, hardware and basic networking.

  • Strong knowledge of Mac OS X
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with computer networking
  • Positive work ethic
  • Good typing and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-starter who also works well in a team environment
Assets:
  • Call center experience
  • Fluency in French
  • PHP and SQL experience
